Jeannette handles Charleroi, preps for GCC

Jeannette easily handled Charleroi last night with a 73-55 win to move to 4-1 in conference play, which sets the stage for the January 17 home showdown with first place Greensburg Central Catholic (3-0).

Jeannette's 6-3 junior Orlando Morgan snagged game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds while Demetrious Cox scored 16 points and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds.

Jeannette will host Greensburg Central Catholic on Jan. 17 with a 7:30 tip-off time, with a shot at bumping the Centurions out of the top spot in the conference.
